No, there is no age restriction at Drivers Lab. The only requirement is the minimum physical size necessary to operate the simulator effectively. Aside from that, the key factors are the ability to absorb information, follow instructions, and show commitment. These traits are assessed by our experienced driver coaches at the very beginning. Everyone has unique learning abilities, so we judge each driver on an individual basis. Whether you're young, new to racing, or just beginning your journey, we’re here to help you get started.

Can Drivers Lab help young drivers or newcomers transition from simulator training to real-world racing?

Absolutely! If a driver, regardless of age or experience, shows potential and a genuine interest in moving from the simulator to real on-track experience, we’re fully equipped to help them make that leap. Thanks to our vast network of race team connections, expertise, and resources, we can ensure that everything learned on the simulator is effectively translated to the real world of racing.

However, while mistakes in a simulator carry no physical risk, real-world racing comes with added responsibility and inherent risks. That’s why we’ll only facilitate this transition when we’re certain that the driver is ready for it and that the risks are minimized. Once a driver takes the step to real-world racing, they will continue to benefit from the coaching and simulator training that has been vital to their progress. This ongoing support will help them refine their skills, increase their speed, and enhance their cornering abilities as they advance.
