— Cognitive Development

Train the driver
behind the inputs.

Driving performance is not only physical and technical. It depends on what a driver sees, how quickly they process it, and the quality of the decision that follows. Drivers Lab combines immersive cognitive training with measurable protocols to strengthen the mental skills that racing demands.

• Visual Processing • Spatial Awareness • Decision Bandwidth

— What Is NeuroTracker?

Brain training
for performance.

NeuroTracker is a 3D cognitive training system designed to improve mental performance. Drivers track multiple targets moving dynamically through three-dimensional space while the system adapts in speed and complexity.

The task places controlled pressure on attention, awareness, and information processing, building the ability to manage more visual information without losing accuracy.

For a racing driver, that matters when the environment is changing at speed: reading the car ahead, monitoring mirrors, judging distance, and still executing the next braking point.

— The Skills We Target

Sharper perception.
Better decisions.

01. Focus

Sustained Concentration

High-speed and endurance environments require a driver to remain locked in lap after lap, maintaining the same quality of attention deep into a session.

02. Awareness

Spatial Awareness

Understanding angles, distances, positioning, and movement relative to opponents supports cleaner racecraft and more accurate placement of the car.

03. Speed

Processing Speed

At racing speed, the available decision window is small. Drivers must recognise change, filter distractions, and respond with the right action quickly.

— Integrated Development

Train what happens
before the lap time.

Cognitive work is most powerful when it sits alongside simulator coaching, physical conditioning, and on-track preparation. We build it into a driver's wider programme rather than treating it as an isolated exercise.
